I have tried finding a user manual for this application, but there isn't one. The only manual available is hosted on a 3rd party website that can be accessed using Google Search: https://goo.gl/xzJTlo
I have a standardized report that I have created but have a conflict with several users trying to run the same queries and report. So I am creating separate queries for each user - ending the answer file names in their initials. This also requires me to replicate the report for each user using his own answer files. Is there an easy way I can replace the files in the data model without having to re-create the report 6 times over? So far I have tried doing this unsuccessfully. I would also gladly accept any other suggestions. I don't really know much about ObjectPal programming. I have just been creating queries and using the named answer tables to develop my reports.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easier way to replace the files in the data model. You will need to do this manually by recreating the report. I recommend you contact the official developers of the program for further details. You can get in touch with them using the Contact page.
